Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery.

  • Within 24 hours: Full cancellation available with no questions asked
  • 24-48 hours: Cancellation subject to production status verification
  • 48-72 hours: Limited cancellation availability; charges may apply
  • After 72 hours: Cancellation not available once production/shipping initiated

1.2 When You Cannot Cancel

Your order cannot be cancelled in the following situations:

  • When the order has been sent to our production facility
  • When custom printing or personalization has already begun
  • When the product is out for delivery or in transit
  • After the 3-day cancellation window has passed
  • For special orders or bulk customized products that have entered production
💡 Alternative Option

If your order cannot be cancelled and is out for delivery, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. However, please note that shipping charges may still apply in such cases.

1.3 How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Order" button
  5. Provide the reason for cancellation
  6. Submit your cancellation request

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be cancelled once production has started. This includes:

  • ID cards with custom designs and photos
  • Personalized visiting cards
  • Custom stamps with unique designs
  • Bulk orders with specific customization
  • Items with your uploaded artwork or designs

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team immediately. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end.

⏰ Reporting Timeline

This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. Claims made after this period will not be considered for refund or replacement.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • Description of the issue or defect
  • Original packaging (if possible)
  • Detailed explanation of the problem

3.2 Product Not as Expected

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision, which may include:

  • Full refund if the product significantly differs from description
  • Partial refund if minor discrepancies are found
  • Replacement with correct product
  • Store credit for future purchases
💡 Design Proof Approval

Please note that if you approved a design proof before production, claims based on design expectations may not qualify for refunds. We encourage you to carefully review all proofs before approval.

4. Warranty-Related Issues

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly. This includes:

  • Printers and printing equipment
  • Electronic devices with manufacturer warranty
  • Software licenses
  • Third-party products sold through our platform

We will be happy to assist you in connecting with the manufacturer or provide necessary documentation for warranty claims.

5. Refund Processing

💰 Refund Timeline

In case of any refunds approved by PVC ID Card, it will take 4 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Our team reviews the claim and verifies product condition
Day 2-3: Approval
Refund request is approved and processed
Day 4: Refund Initiated
Amount is credited back to your original payment method

5.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 4-7 business days to reflect in your account
  • Net Banking: 4-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 2-4 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days (bank details required)
🏦 Bank Processing Time

Please note that while we process refunds within 4 days, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount to your account. This is beyond our control.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with minor defects or damage
  • Products that have been partially used
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Late refund requests (beyond 3 days but within 7 days)
